The following document contains information on the protection of personal data (GDPR). The rules described in this document are valid from 25.05.2018. The aim of RODO is to unify the rules of personal data processing in the European Union and concerns the protection of personal data.

2. DATA PROCESSING
As an Administrator we process your personal data during the conclusion of contracts and during ongoing cooperation. In particular, these are personal data such as name(s) and surname, e-mail address, contact address, company data, telephone number, position. In case of entrepreneurs, we additionally process NIP, REGON, registered office address, branch address, bank account number.
The Administrator undertakes to take precautions to protect your personal data. They will be processed by the Administrator for the time necessary to achieve the objectives set out in this document.
In the scope of personal data protection you have certain rights:
the right of access to the data,
the right to correct data,
the right to delete data,
the right to restrict data processing,
the right to transfer data,
the right to objection,
the right to withdraw consent.
3. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING?
concluding and executing the contract,
execution of orders for goods,
payment execution,
complaint handling,
issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents for archiving purposes,
recovery of overdue payments under debt collection regulations and court proceedings,
conducting marketing activities and sending commercial information.
4. DATA TRANSFER
Your personal data may be disclosed to persons who are authorised by us to process data in the performance of their duties. It may also be passed on to entities providing services necessary for us to perform the contract, such as couriers, carriers, banks.
The data may also be accessed by entities providing IT services to us, entities providing advisory services, legal assistance, accounting and tax services, and professional destruction of documentation and other data carriers. Personal data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts and other authorities.
If we intend to make your data available outside the EEA, you will be informed accordingly.
Entities to whom the data will be transferred will take all precautions to protect your personal data and process these personal data in accordance with the instructions provided by the Administrator.
5. EXERCISE OF POWERS AND COMPLAINTS
In accordance with applicable data protection law, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The data subject can exercise his or her rights by sending the relevant information to rodo@extrea.pl or by letter. The administrator has 30 days to respond to the person who made the request.
