Sets of ExBox elements for linking the reinforcement are intended for connecting reinforced concrete structures (ceilings, walls, stairs, etc.) at various stages of construction. They are used in joints of monolithic reinforced concrete elements concreted in sections, curing at various dates.

Assembly

1.  Installation of the ExBox element on the formwork with nails.

2. After removing the formwork of the concrete wall, we break the cover sheet.

3. We bend bars, thus obtaining the linking the reinforcement with the reinforcement of the concreted element. It is best to use a special tube or a cap with a hook for bending.
